Some people like my hand printed dish towels too much and end up not using them or putting them in a frame!
I am creating a new line of kitchen towels featuring artists, writers, scientists, basically a bunch of influential inspiring human beings that have made history. The design will be again on dish towels that you can turn into a pillow and sit around on your sofa with your icon! My design process is laborious but so satisfying. I start with pictures and photographs and make a collage, then I trace the photos or play with photoshop to finish design. The back of the pillow with have the name of the individual, birth, an inspirational quote and a quick description of their achievements. Cross fingers my first one will be for the Georgia O'Keeffe touring show opening in San Diego in May 2023.
