Intro
Valentine is a trained painter, muralist, faux finisher, plasterer and fabric printer and pretty much will do any styles for your home. Gift Horse Handmade is an extension of her career and came about printing yardage for interior designs. She also made jewelry as a child in her mother studio and it was time to share! Valentine has a degree in set design from Central Saint Martins, London and learned interior design history and wall finishes through out the ages to modern times and worked in the theatre and movie sets for a decade in London before arriving in San Diego in 2001. She is knowledgable in historical techniques and has collaborated with designers or private clients to create their vision.
